Purchases
For product purchases, you certify that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or 21, if required by law in the city/state where you reside).
- Adult toys and sexual products are lawful and acceptable by the standards of the country, state/province and municipality where you reside. Purchaser takes full responsibility for ensuring that this statement is true and correct.
Shipping
- There is a a flat fee of $6.00 for shipping within the continental United States. This fee may be modified for purchases in excess of 5 lbs. You will be notified by email if your shipping costs will exceed $6.00 due to weight or size considerations.
- Primrose Path utilizes the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS), and shipping is done by 2-3 day Priority Mail.
- Shipping times are dependent on inventory. Primrose Path will make every effort to get your purchase to you in a timely fashion (within 10-14 days). If it is going to take longer than that, you will be contacted by email.
- If you have any questions about shipping time or shipping outside the continental US (including military adresses), please send an email to info@primrosepathtoys.com.
Returns
Due to the intimate nature of these products, all sales are final.
Defective merchandise
- Defective merchandise can be exchanged within the first 30 days of purchase, upon approval from Primrose Path. Purchaser pays for shipping defective item to Primrose Path, but Primrose Path will pay for shipping the replacement item back to the Purchaser.
- Some manufacturers offer a 1-year warranty on their motor-driven products, which Primrose Path honors. These manufacturers include LELO and Standard Innovation Corporation, maker of the We-Vibe.
