There are two main reasons that women exercise the pelvic floor (or Kegel) muscles:
How do you find your Kegel muscles and how do you exercise them? Try this: Imagine that you are urinating. Now, feel the muscles you would use to intentionally stop the flow of urine. There you go - you've found your pelvic floor muscles! Contract these muscles for a count of 5 (or 10 or 15), and then release. That's one way to strengthen the muscles.
However, you can also Insert specialized items, such as the Energie bar or the Luna Balls, to increase resistance.
